Fix "Shut Down" Long Time

This problem happened to me several times .. when I talk to friends, he tries to get me to change his Registry Value ..
Here it is how:

1. Click the START menu, Run ..
2. On the Run menu, type "regedit" (without quotation marks)
3. Then in the Registry Editor dialog box, select HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Control Panel, Desktop ..

4. After that will appear on the desktop along with the registry name Type and Value ..

5. Search the Registry by name WaitToKillAppTimeout
6. Double Click the Registry it is then change the Value to 1000, if the shutdown still takes a long time, try raising its value to 2000 ..

So that I can explain, may be useful
